Reduce your carb intake by enjoying a bun-less burger, swop your traditional role out for a large portobello mushrooms. Not only is this a delicious alternative but it cuts the carbs and add to the flavour of your burger.
Swop pasta for zoodles:
Just because you’re craving a bowl of Alfredo doesn’t mean you have to consume so many cups of pasta. You can get the same delicious flavor by simply swopping it out with some zucchini noodles, popularly known as “zoodles.”
Swop breaded chicken patties/schnitzel for grilled chicken breast:
Opt for the healthier option of a grilled chicken breast over a crumbed pattie or schnitzel, skip the batter and the breadcrumbs that add unnecessary carbs. If you struggle with an egg intolerance, this is a handy swop out as egg is commonly used to bind the breadcrumbs to the chicken.

No need for the extra starch if you can wrap your sandwich fillings in lettuce, right? Ditch the whole wheat wraps and use large leaves of Iceberg lettuce for a lettuce wrap instead.
